Kennedy Administration: Direct from Brooklyn NYC to Sandvika with a distinct jazz, R&B, soul and hip-hop mix.

More than a band - this is an experience for all the senses. The live experience is so overwhelming that even the late John Fitzgerald would have joined in the dancing.

The band is fronted by vocalist Kennedy who, together with keyboardist and producer Ondre J, has managed to create a sound that creates a vibrant and infectious cross-section of the city the two have made their home. The two have their own unique take on jazz, which they mix with soul/funk grooves, hip-hop beats and rich soul vocals.

 

Ondre J has been Gregory Porter's musical right-hand man for many years, while Kennedy has worked closely with big names such as Dee Dee Bridgewater, Terri Lynn Carrington, Christian McBride, Jeff Tain Watts, James Genus and Nate Smith.

Kennedy Administration live is an experience that leaves a mark on your musical memory. You get deep bass, gorgeous keyboard stabs, sloppy backbeat and clean funk guitar in an elegant mix that makes your head nod and your body rock. And to top it all off: the unmistakable voice of Kennedy.
